The peculiar title depends upon who you are. (I think) Which means,apart from the points 1 and
2 below (Which are specialized to Sri Lankans), it's generalized to everyone else.
 
If someone were to tell me one good news and one bad news, I'd ask them to give me the bad
news first. (Doomsayer? Pessimist? Oh no. Because then I'll at least have the good news to console)
 
So here goes 'Why you should NOT choose sweden'.  
 
1) Sweden is NOT in very good ties with Sri Lanka (Well, at least almost).

And how does this matter? Well for one, the embassy of Sweden closed down in Colombo.
(So?) A Sri Lankan applicant is supposed to travel to the Consulate of Sweden in Chennai,
INDIA just to submit the visa application. (Residence Permit application, for studies of 1+ years)  

2) They DON'T grant Scholarships for Sri Lankans anymore

Well you know how it is, according to their data, Sri Lanka is now a developed country
(@%$#@), thus all the funding cut off, removed from the list of grants. (At least from the
government side)

Now, this may vary from case to case, unless your university decides to grant you a scholarship
(IF they offer any), or offers you a position as a...I don't know...assitant maybe? (IF you pull
enough strings and get a leg up)
